Here are a few tips for Hygiene care:

  • Keep your skin clean for skin care and health. People who live in warm climates or tend to sweat need to take extra care for healthy living. It helps to remove body hair (hair harbors bacteria). Use a gentle loofah brush to do away with the dead cells on your body.
  • Oral hygiene is all important. Keep your teeth and gums free of food particles. Brush your teeth twice a day. Floss your teeth religiously every night.
  • Don't re-wear your clothes without washing them - especially if you have a tendency to perspire excessively. Wash your clothes in warm water with a good detergent soap. Dry it out in the sun - it helps get rid of any left over bacteria. Never ever share underclothes with anybody.
